PLECTERE color
As designers of textiles for acoustics improvement, we have been fascinated by the good acoustic quality of living walls for years. Due to the green color, the wall radiates a lot of tranquility in addition to its acoustic effect. When one of our producers asked to come up with a product for which we could use their warehouse scraps, the idea for a low-maintenance translation of a living wall was quickly born.
The width of a roll of felt is approximately 150 to 180 cm. If a panel of 100cm width is needed for a project, 50-80 cm of the material remains. This leftover felt is then cut into strips to make it suitable for braiding PLECTERE. The mix of color strips with all their different lengths result in a surprisingly beautiful design. Each PLECTERE green series will of course have a unique color mix.
The series is braided entirely from leftovers from one of our manufacturers. A wonderful way to process the remnants of this beautiful 100% wool felt into a brand-new product. The production method is ZERO WASTE! We have adapted our design so we do not create new leftovers during the making of PLECTERE.

Color options: there are 2 possibilities with color in the PLECTERE structure:
DUO TONE:
Using 2 colors, a pattern design which nicely blurs out over the surface of the divider
MULTI MIX:
Using 5 to 10 colors we can realize a random all-over color mix over the surface of the divider.
